New vs. old cardsHow to tell the new NARUTO Card Game from older Naruto cards
The NARUTO Card Game coming in June 2027 is a brand-new game from BANDAI. Older Naruto cards, and other companies' Naruto cards, are not part of it.
The 30-second check
- Is it before June 2027? Then no sealed starter deck or booster of the new game exists yet. Only event promos, event playmats and the CHAKRA set are real.
- Does it say BANDAI and "NARUTO CARD GAME"? NARUTO MYTHOS TCG (CICABOOM) and Kayou are other companies.
- Does it have Leader, Chakra or Summon cards? Those card types belong to the new game. The old Naruto CCG uses Ninja cards.
- Does it say "The Path to Hokage", "Curse of the Sand" or "First Edition"? That is the old 2006–2013 Naruto CCG.
